Creatures of the Night” é o primeiro single do novo álbum do Moons, sexteto belorizontino que desde 2016 vem trilhando uma caminhada interessante e classuda no campo da indie-folk-landscape music, com dois álbuns lançados.

Ancorada num beat sucinto e clássico, a la Bruce Springsteen, a canção sobrevoa uma realidade onírica, flashbacks e memórias, num fluxo de consciência que lembra um videoclipe. Amparadas pela atmosfera enfumaçada de timbres e texturas que se tornou a marca instrumental do grupo, as imagens da letra deslizam como as paisagens na janela do carro. Os vocais límpidos e serenos de Jennifer Souza dão o tom nostálgico da canção.

O novo disco do Moons será lançado em setembro pela Balaclava Records.
